Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparing all Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA) accurately and within deadlines.
2. Preparing and arranging 'Cash To Master (CTM)' with vendors.
3. Processing payments to suppliers and staff reimbursements.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
5. Preparing invoices for reporting.
6. Preparing monthly AP journals, postings, and schedules.
7. Performing any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• O-level qualification with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably from the Shipping Industry.
• Diploma in Accountancy with no experience is welcome to apply.
• 5-day work week.
• Salary: Up to $3500.
