Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Prepare payment for suppliers or vendors
• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.
• Processing transactions, issuing payment vouchers, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
Manage and process staff expense reimbursements and related payments

Qualification :

• You have a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• You have at least 2 years of working experience in Accounting or Finance related.
• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
