Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to provide Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales & Stock reports, ensuring effective and efficient company operations. Enforce company policies and procedures within the office.
- Process quotations, invoices, and related documents for clients.
- Coordinate with the store, marketing department, and transporters regarding the delivery of goods.
- Maintain administrative and financial reports and files to ensure data accuracy and currency.
- Support other teams by preparing necessary reports and documents for effective decision-making.
- Monitor and coordinate with distributors and regional offices on incoming and outgoing delivery reports.
- Ensure distributors' orders are received back at the office after delivery and follow up on missing orders.
- Perform data entry, conduct physical stock takes quarterly, and reconcile stock records.
- Perform accounting duties as assigned.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as allocated by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills, with exceptional analytical abilities and clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet different expectations, and manage emotions effectively for successful communication.
- Good work attitude, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, helpful, and self-motivated.
- Positive and proactive, with strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and high accuracy in work.
