Job summary
A leading accounting firm is looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day operations, including accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Singapore market, demonstrating efficiency in cash management and communication.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
- Familiarity with accounting operations in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations (Payable & Receivable).
- Prepare monthly sales commission report.
- Coordinate shipments and manage documentation.

- Update cash book, issue cheque, and payment vouchers to creditors.
- Prepare monthly sales commission report.
- Prepare Letter of Credit and bank guarantee for the import shipment.
- Coordinate with shipping agents and haulers to schedule the shipments and manage the shipping documentations.
- Attend incoming calls.
- Filling and other ad-hoc job assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- Preferable with 1- 2 years relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable in Singapore
