Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to handle the full set of accounts, including processing invoices, reconciliations, and government filings. Candidates should have a Diploma in Accountancy, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of QuickBooks or MYOB is an advantage, and the ability to start immediately is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks/MYOB is an advantage.
  • Ability to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts and processes invoices for timely payment.
  • Perform general ledger reconciliation and assist with government filings.
  • Support annual audit coordination.

  • Processing petty cash / expenses claims
  • Assisting in financial accounts recording
  • Assist in government filings
  • Performs general ledger reconciliation, bank reconciliation and aging
  • Coordinate and support annual audit
  • Other ad-hoc duties
