Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring they are up to date.
  2. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  3. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  4. Assist with internal and external audits.
  5. Maintain employee expense claims.
  6. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Accounts Manager.
