Job summary

A growing company in Singapore is seeking a Finance & HR Admin Executive responsible for managing financial transactions and supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting and 2-3 years of relevant experience, alongside proficiency in Xero. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the company’s financial operations and HR administration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent accounting certification.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin/HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Xero is compulsory.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance & HR Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions and supporting HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Handling accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, reporting, month-end and year-end closing.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of all financial data.
  • Assist to prepare GST and tax reporting.
  • To liaise with external stakeholders e.g. banks, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary and external vendors/contractors.
  • Support in audit preparation and other accounting/financial tasks as required.

HR / Admin

  • Support HR operations.
  • Maintain HR records and company documentations.
  • Provide general office administrative/HR support as required.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent accounting certification.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin/HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Xero is compulsory.
  • A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
  • Able to keep a full set of account.
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill.
