Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts and Administrative Executive to manage both our full set of accounts and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and smooth office administration. This includes handling all financial reporting, GST submissions, annual return preparation, payroll and CPF matters, as well as providing general office support. Familiarity with MYOB accounting software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare and file quarterly GST submissions accurately and on time.
  • Manage payroll processing , CPF contributions, and IR8A submissions.
  • Prepare annual returns and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Generate monthly and ad hoc financial reports , budgets, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records using MYOB software .

Administration:

  • Provide administrative support including document filing, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations such as mail, emails, calls, and general correspondence.
  • Support HR-related administrative work as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Proficient in MYOB Accounting Software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore's accounting standards , GST filing , CPF , and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
