We’re Hiring: Account and Admin Assistant (Full-Time)

Join our team at a well-established toy distributor in Singapore! We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive, and Excel-proficient Account and Admin Assistant to support our Finance and Operations teams. This role combines accounting support with inventory control and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Maintain accurate sales records for accounts receivable and monthly reconciliation
  • Support inventory control by monitoring stock movement and reconciling inventory records
  • Assist in coordinating local logistics arrangements
  • Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across departments
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of accounting, admin, or operations support experience
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis required)
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask
  • Experience with inventory and logistics processes is an advantage
