Key Responsibilities:
Finance
- Review and process payment-related agreements to ensure alignment with financial policies and risk mitigation.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank balances and records.
- Prepare payment remittance, payment vouchers, and support documentation for both local and foreign payments.
- Record daily banking transactions into the accounting system (e.g., MYOB software, U8).
- Reconcile monthly bank statements with accounting records for all active accounts.
- Validate sales and purchase invoice details before system entry.
- Review and process employee reimbursement claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Match sales and purchase invoices, follow up with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for new account openings and related documentation.
Admin
- Liaise with external cleaning service providers to ensure adequate cleaning agents and pantry supplies.
- Monitor and restock pantry items for employee use; manage monthly budgets for office sundries and consumables.
- Manage to maintain office facilities (air-conditioning, lighting, plants, etc.).
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in full set of accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, U8) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
