A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to prepare accounts and financial statements, perform payroll duties, and support various accounting operations. Candidates must possess a diploma in finance or accounting and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office is essential. This role is open to Singaporeans/PR only.
Job Description
Requirements:
· Possess ITE/ Diploma / Professional certificate in Finance/
Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting
principles
· Min 2 years relevant working experience
· Knowledge of Quickbook system
· Good communication skills
· Meticulous, organized, independent and responsible team player
· Good interpersonal and follow up skills
· Computer literate - MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
· Able to multi-task
· 5 day work
