Accounts and Admin Executive
Job description
Job Title : Accounts and Admin Executive
Reports to : Group Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handles Accounts Receivables function of the company;
- Handles full set accounts of smaller companies including GST submission and corporate tax filing;
- Performs data entry for receipts and offsets;
- Reconciles cash collections to daily retail sales report;
- Follows up on customer payments;
- Prepares monthly AR aging reports;
- Issues Credit Notes/Debit Notes;
- Banks in cheques and cash receipts;
- Assists in preparation of sales reports / other data analysis to management;
- Prepares annual credit review, maintains customer data in system;
- Maintains a good filing system of financial records and support audits;
- Liaises with professionals such as auditors, tax agents etc.;
- Performs administrative and any other ad hoc tasks reasonably assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Experience in SAP ERP is an advantage;
- A fast learner with good oral and written communication skills;
- Reliable, meticulous and a team player;
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
