They are known for precision craftsmanship and innovation, producing high-quality and customise stainless steel products. Your Role

As an Accounts & Admin Executive, you’ll play an important part in ensuring smooth business operations — from handling accounting and administrative tasks to liaising with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all office administrative duties
  • Prepare and send invoices, purchase orders, quotations, etc.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers on material pricing and delivery coordination
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly financial reports
  • Handle SQL accounting system data entry and simple bookkeeping
  • Manage e-invoicing, email communications, and answer phone inquiries
  • Advantage: able to handle full set of accounts
What We’re Looking For
  • O/A Level, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (manufacturing or SME background preferred)
  • Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is an advantage
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable
