GF CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage reconciliations of sales, supplier invoices, and prepare payments. Ideal candidates will have some relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and ideally familiar with XERO accounting. This part-time role is well-suited for fresh graduates and interns who can start immediately.
• Perform reconciliation of POS sales data with bank receipts
• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Collect supplier invoices from outlets every week and are processed accurately and efficiently
• Reconciliation of supplier invoices with SOA
• Preparation of payments
• Assist in the preparation of month end closing
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and book keeping
• Part time, Fresh Grads or Interns are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and account software (XERO accounting system will be an advantage)
• Prior experience in food and beverage industry will be advantageous
• Able to work independently and meet deadline
