A local company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts & Admin Assistant to support basic accounting and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with handling financial records and general admin duties. Responsibilities include daily bookkeeping, processing invoices, and assisting with office coordination.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and bookkeeping.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in admin and accounting support is a plus.

Working Hours:

· 5 working days per week (Mon - Fri)

· 9am - 5pm

Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Assistant to support basic accounting and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling financial records and general admin duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Accounting Support:

· Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry.

· Process and track invoices and payments.

· Prepare, process and reconcile AP/AR

· Ensure the accurate posting of transactions into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

· Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations

· Support GST filing (where needed), CPF submission, and other compliance requirements

· Provide general administrative and accounting support to accountants as needed

· Assist with year-end closing and audits as required

Office Administration:

· Handle general administrative duties, such as filing and document management.

· Assist with office coordination and record-keeping.

Requirements:

· On-site presence is required.

· Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and bookkeeping.

· Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

· Prior experience in admin and accounting support is a plus.
