Job description

  • Working location: Bukit Merah
  • Working day: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • AP & AR inclusive of issuing of invoice, purchase order and quotation
  • Payments and Collections
  • Posting of receipts
  • Project Costing, Sales Report & Job Status report, OT Report etc.
  • AR Ageing Report & SOA for Customers.
  • Purchase of office stationery & Refreshment.
  • All matters concerning administrative work.
  • Liaising with external parties such as customers and suppliers
  • Leave Application and monitoring for staff

Job Requirements:

  • At least ITE or Diploma in Accounting / Diploma or equivalent
