Urgently Hiring: Accounts & Administrative Executive (Hybrid Role)

Join our warm and supportive team as an Accounts & Administrative Executive. This hybrid position blends accounting responsibilities with secretarial and administrative duties—ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and collaboration.

Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s demonstrated quality, relevant experience, and overall suitability for the role.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, including invoice and payment processing

• Conduct monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations

• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions

• Prepare quarterly GST returns

• Assist in drafting financial statements and reports

• Monitor and prepare monthly budgets

• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Accounting qualifications with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience

• Proficient in ABSS (MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong data entry skills and numerical accuracy

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines

• Detail-oriented with sound problem-solving skills

Singaporeans only

• Available to work on alternate Saturdays
