Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts and Admin Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently to meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:

  • Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
  • Manage monthly closing and ensure all accounts are up to date
  • Process payroll, staff claims, and statutory submissions
  • Prepare and submit GST returns
  • Assist with annual audit and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office administrative functions such as procurement, office supplies, and maintenance
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Maintain proper filing system for administrative and HR documents
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding, leave records, and employee database maintenance
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and company events as assigned by the management
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
