Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is looking for an entry-level accountant to manage invoices, process refunds, and support payroll.   • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare account schedules.
  • Generate monthly payslips and assist with payroll processing.
  • Manage monthly account closing including trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet.
  • Maintain organized filing of office documents.
  • Oversee general office expenses including supplies, equipment, tenancy, and utilities.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and finance tasks as assigned.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,500/month (depends on experience)
