Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Accounts Assistant to handle accounts payable, payroll processing, and basic office administration. The role supports month-end closings, GST filings, and government submissions in a busy Singapore office.

Candidate should have a Diploma in Accounting and ideally 2 years of relevant experience. Singaporean only. Walking distance from Raffles Place MRT, with basic salary and benefits as stated.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Preferably 2 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, GST, IR8A, and Employment Pass processing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, prepare journal entries, month-end closing, maintain accounting records, and submit GST filings.
• Process payroll, CPF, IR8A, Employment Pass applications, government claims, and maintain leave and attendance records.
• Manage office administration, including vendor coordination, office maintenance, insurance renewals, service contracts, and liaise with auditors and government agencies.
• Provide administrative support, handle directors' personal matters, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
