Job description

Accounts & Finance:

  1. Manage daily Accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Prepare financial statements.
  3. Process Invoices, Payments, and Payroll.
  4. Reconcile Bank Statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  5. Submit monthly CPF contributions and the quarterly GST filings.
  6. Liaise with Auditors and Tax consultant.

Administration:

  1. Handle office operations and office supplies.
  2. Maintain records, documents, and correspondence.
  3. Assist in organizing meetings and events.
  4. Manage Company Assets and maintain Inventory records.

Human Resources:

  1. Recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
  2. Maintain Employee records and handle HR documentation.
  3. Process Employee Payroll and leaves.
