Job description

Communique Live Asia is seeking an Admin & Accounts Executive!

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience in event organization and coordination
  • Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, ledger management, and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Skilled in negotiation and procurement
  • Problem solver with a proactive attitude
  • Understanding of business operations, especially in our industry

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing administrative duties such as invoicing, data entry, and document filing
  • Verifying and accurately recording invoices
  • Managing accounts, maintaining the general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Handling quarterly GST submissions and annual income tax filings
  • Managing document printing and filing
  • Overseeing petty cash, staff reimbursements, and CPF submissions
  • Liaising with the corporate secretary for Annual Return and compliance with ACRA requirements
  • Supporting daily office operations and human resource management
  • Updating and managing company policies
  • Organizing office events and procuring supplies
  • Processing supplier payments and handling inquiries
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned
