Communique Live Asia is seeking an Admin & Accounts Executive!
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized and efficient
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in event organization and coordination
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, ledger management, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Skilled in negotiation and procurement
- Problem solver with a proactive attitude
- Understanding of business operations, especially in our industry
Responsibilities include:
- Performing administrative duties such as invoicing, data entry, and document filing
- Verifying and accurately recording invoices
- Managing accounts, maintaining the general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Handling quarterly GST submissions and annual income tax filings
- Managing document printing and filing
- Overseeing petty cash, staff reimbursements, and CPF submissions
- Liaising with the corporate secretary for Annual Return and compliance with ACRA requirements
- Supporting daily office operations and human resource management
- Updating and managing company policies
- Organizing office events and procuring supplies
- Processing supplier payments and handling inquiries
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned
