Job description

Accounts Receivable/Credit Control Function

  1. Post customer and supplier invoices into the system.
  2. Generate statements of accounts for all customers at the beginning of each month.
  3. Track and record incoming payments into the system daily.
  4. Serve as a key contact for other departments on accounting matters.
  5. Ensure document control by checking the completeness of documents (Invoices, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, Quotations).
  6. Compile, file, and scan documents into the server.
  7. Proactively chase payments from customers weekly.
  8. Assist in budgeting by identifying aging trends and potential collection issues to mitigate credit risk.
  9. Prepare monthly reports and quarterly GST submissions.

HR Function

  1. Register workers for various training courses, including gathering information on course dates and fees for the operations team.
  2. Manage end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes, including dormitory arrangements and medical insurance.
  3. Maintain and update employee databases, organizational charts, and personnel files.
  4. Possess knowledge of WP issuance procedures.

Admin Function

  1. Assist with general administrative duties, such as purchasing stationery and filling forms.
  2. Cover duties for colleagues on leave.
  3. Perform any ad-hoc assignments as tasked by the department head.
