Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare full set of accounts
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare Statement of Accounts and send to debtors (maintain aging of AR)
- Ensure timely payment of bills & supplier invoices
- Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IRAS matters
- Manage employees’ record and expenses claims
- Foreign workers matter (Apply/renew work permit, arrange medical check-up, maintain CSOC/Core trade/ security bond expiry date etc.)
- Insurance (renew WIC, Public Liability, Foreign Worker Medical Insurance)
- Prepare quotations & issue invoices
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by director.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A good team player with positive working attitude, hardworking & responsible.
