Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist Accountant with various administrative and data entry tasks.
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software.
- Manage AP/AR activities.
- Process payments relating to vendors and petty cash claims.
- Provide administrative support to operations team.
- File documents and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure all financial records are organized and easily retrievable.
- Provide efficient support for day-to-day office and administrative tasks.
Who are we looking for:
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
- Minimum O’Level / Diploma in relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Hands-on, proactive, and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks.
