A consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Finance & Account professional to manage full sets of accounts and assist in preparing monthly financial statements. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience, be proactive and meticulous, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of AutoCount software is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Finance & Account
able to handle full sets of accounts from bookkeeping to statutory reporting and liaising with auditors
assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements for reporting
ensure that transactions are recorded and posted accurately in a timely manner in compliance with accounting policy
responsible for the preparation and submission of GST
perform ad-hoc assignments/reports as and when required
Office Administration
· assist in general office administration and maintenance
· assist in the administration of events registration and membership matters
Job Requirement
· Professional certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy
· At least 4 years of experience in finance and/or accounting roles
· Possess initiative, positive, energetic and meticulous
· Ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills
· Effective communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
· Team player with good communication and multi-tasking skills.
· Knowledge of AutoCount software is an asset
