Qualifications:

  • Experience in bookkeeping and ledger management

  • Problem-solving abilities for both personal and professional issues
  • Understanding of business operations and company-specific processes

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties including invoicing, data entry, and document filing
  • Verify and record invoices accurately
  • Maintain General Ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and follow up on discrepancies
  • Handle quarterly GST and annual income tax submissions
  • Manage document printing and filing
  • Oversee petty cash, staff reimbursements, and CPF submissions
  • Coordinate with the corporate secretary for Annual Return and related compliance
  • Assist with daily office operations and human resource management
  • Update and manage company policies
  • Organize office events and procure supplies
  • Process payments to suppliers and handle inquiries
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
