Qualifications:
- Highly organized with excellent administrative skills
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software
- Experience in bookkeeping and ledger management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Problem-solving abilities for both personal and professional issues
- Understanding of business operations and company-specific processes
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties including invoicing, data entry, and document filing
- Verify and record invoices accurately
- Maintain General Ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and follow up on discrepancies
- Handle quarterly GST and annual income tax submissions
- Manage document printing and filing
- Oversee petty cash, staff reimbursements, and CPF submissions
- Coordinate with the corporate secretary for Annual Return and related compliance
- Assist with daily office operations and human resource management
- Update and manage company policies
- Organize office events and procure supplies
- Process payments to suppliers and handle inquiries
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
