Looking for Accounts Cum Admin Executive

We provide Installation, Repair & Maintenance Services for Air conditioning/HVAC/ACMV systems.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
  • LCCI / Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Detailed & meticulous
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & accounting software

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts, daily billing & invoicing using ABSS & Microsoft Office
  • Handle company’s daily accounting, administrative & HR activities
  • Perform & update company accounts & administrative data entry and document filing
  • Manage company expenses via data entry & filing
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable
  • Prepare journals, manage general ledger functions & reconcile accounts for monthly closing
  • Reconcile financial statements & bank accounts
  • Perform planning & budgeting activities
  • Handle employee salary processing & monthly CPF submissions
  • Manage GST filings & tax compliance tasks
  • Provide monthly Profit & Loss statements
  • Prepare trial balances and financial statements
  • Prepare accruals, prepayments, and journals
  • Calculate customer and supplier account balances
  • Reconcile account balances
  • Handle tax filings
  • Prepare audit schedules
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
