A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts and Admin Executive to manage full set of accounts and payroll duties for subsidiaries in Thailand and Vietnam. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to statutory compliance, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Thai.
Job Summary
As an Accounts and Admin Executive, you will be handling full set of accounts, payroll and administrative duties for our Thailand and Vietnam subsidiaries. This is role required close coordination with the operational businesses, regional and local Finance Teams, regional tax, local auditors and government agencies in Thailand and Vietnam.
Role and Responsibilities for Finance activities
Ensure monthly and annual closing accuracy, reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
Prepare the monthly full set of accounts, maintaining accurate and up to date of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash book, bank reconciliations and general ledger transactions.
Handle the Accounts Receivables which include issues Sales invoices, Receipt/Tax invoices and Delivery order. Monitoring the ageing reports.
Handle the Accounts Payable which include issues and processes payments via online banking.
Managing the end-to-end process for staff expense claims with accuracy and efficiency.
Preparation of cashflow, forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
Liaise with Thailand and Vietnam external parties e.g. auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities.
Ensure statutory compliance and accuracy of annual filing, taxation (VAT/WHT/Corporate Tax), audits etc within the regulatory agencies’ filing deadlines.
Act as the primary liaison external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents and regulatory authorities in Vietnam and Thailand.
Support and assist Senior Accounts and Admin executive with other accounting tasks as required in Malaysia. Oversee the accounting and administrative works of the Accounts and Admin Assistant in Thailand.
Process the monthly and annual payrolls and statutory contributions.
Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
Another other ad hoc duty as assigned by the management.
Requirements
At least 3 years experiences in Accounting and Administrator
Good understanding of statutory and accounting reporting requirements, tax regulations and guidelines of Thailand.
A good bachelor’s degree
Self-motivated, teamwork,diligent and can work independently withminimumsupervision
Proactive with strong sense of responsibility. Fast learnerwith good interpersonal skills
Strong Organization skills with the Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize
Good Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel and Words, Dynamic 365 Business Central – Financial Management (ERP) and Quickbook
Good working proficiency of English and good command of Thai to liaise with the regional offices’ counterparts
Light traveling will be required
