Job description

As our Accounts Admin cum Sales Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting both administrative functions and financial tasks. From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to handling invoices and reconciling accounts, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our business running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Claims
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Monitoring expenses and incoming funds from banks
  • Monthly payment processing
  • Submission of GST return
  • Assist in processing import & export documents, eg. Import and export permit, packing list, export invoices, liaise with freight forwarding agents on shipment matters etc.
  • Filing of Invoice, import and export, and other related documentations
  • Process purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices
  • Manage stock & replenishment
  • Manage monthly report, eg. sales report
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, maintaining office stationery, printed materials, equipment, and facilities.
  • Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

  • Entry level/No experience needed
  • Preferably has experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
