Accounts/Admin Assistant (Car Loan | Insurance) - Up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus

Position: Accounts Assistant

Location: Midview City

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Automobile

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily processing of leasing loan applications and submissions
• Liaising with customers and banks on loan applications and disbursements
• Handle floor and insurance matters
• Assist with paperwork for loan disbursement
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Possess ITE/Diploma certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
