Responsibilities

• Check daily emails.
• Process, coordinate, prepare, and submit sales quotations for clients.
• Follow up on purchase orders from clients.
• Prepare work orders.
• Prepare delivery orders and follow up with acknowledgment from clients.
• Answer phone calls.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry for all documents in Excel.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.

8. Maintain proper filing and documentation.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
