Accounting Support:

  • Bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable tracking
  • Tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll or other accounting tasks.
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts
  • Possess good communication and organisational skills

Administrative Support:

· Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.

· Handle general communication such as answering phone calls and managing emails.

· Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for administrative and accounting documents.

· Provide general assistance to the team and management for administrative or finance-related projects and tasks

as needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned
