· Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
· Handle general communication such as answering phone calls and managing emails.
· Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for administrative and accounting documents.
· Provide general assistance to the team and management for administrative or finance-related projects and tasks
as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned
