Position Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both Accounts Payable and Receivable, assist in purchase tracking, support the finance team, and carry out administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure proper documentation
  • Make purchase entries in accounting/inventory software
  • Track and manage purchase orders and delivery status
  • Reconcile vendor statements and handle payment schedules

Accounts Receivable:

  • Issue customer invoices and follow up on payments
  • Record incoming payments and update customer accounts
  • Handle billing queries and coordinate with customers

Administrative & Support Tasks:

  • Assist with filing, documentation, and month-end reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Support the finance and operations team when needed
  • Carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management based on the company needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts/admin related role
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred
  • Experience in F&B industry is an advantage

Benefits:

  • Salary range: S$2,500 – S$2,800 (commensurate with experience)
