Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, and petty cash
• Handling Payroll
• Assist with audit, tax filing, and statutory reporting, CPF submission
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other authorities when required
• Well in Quickbook
