Job summary

CHUGOKU MARINE PAINTS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full set of accounts in our ERP system, prepare monthly financial statements, and supervise GL/AP processes. You will ensure accuracy of balance sheets, assist with audits, and support tax compliance while driving process improvements.

The role requires a degree in accountancy or finance, at least 3 years of independent accounting experience, and strong Excel and ERP skills (Microsoft Dynamics

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent accounting certificate.
• At least 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics NAV preferred).
• Good leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate GL transactions and full set of accounts in ERP system.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement schedules.
• Maintain fixed assets records and support for tax documents.
• Assist with bank guarantees/LCs and liaise with bankers.
• Assist month-end closing, audit schedules, and flux analysis.
• Supervise GL/AP payments and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with internal/external audits and tax compliance.
