• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against the budget.
• Make payments to vendors and issue WHT certificates.
• Process customer credit applications and submit them to management for review.
• Prepare AP and AR aging reports and send statements of account to customers.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against the budget.
2. Make payments to vendors and issue WHT certificates.
3. Process customer credit applications and submit them to management for review and approval.
4. Review open sales orders for invoicing to customers on a daily basis.
5. Prepare AP and AR aging reports and send statements of account (SOA) to customers.
6. Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheets.
7. Support external auditors during audits.

Qualifications:

• Age range: 25 - 40
• This position is based in Singapore and requires Singaporean or PR status.
