Job description

• Process vendor invoices, staff claims, payments, and accounting entries, ensuring compliance with GST, withholding tax, and other tax requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports, reconciliations (GL, Sundry, accruals, prepayments), and variance analysis for management and auditors.
• Manage IFRS 16 lease accounting, fixed asset register, and daily nostro reconciliations.
• Prepare audit confirmations, MAS reports, and support Head Office reporting.
• Participate in month-end closing, year-end schedules, tax computations, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
