Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and office administration tasks.
- Handle partial or full sets of accounts for clients across various industries.
- Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory to facilitate reconciliation, vetting vouchers, matching documents, and processing billing for creditors and trade debtors.
- Maintain cash books and records of all cash and cheques, process transactions, and reconcile bank statements with the cash book.
- Prepare and submit GST returns.
- Reconcile bank statements, creditors' statements, accounts receivable reports, and the general ledger.
- Reconcile payroll and CPF statements.
- Reconcile inter-company transactions and balance accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and schedules, both audited and unaudited.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant processing experience or professional accounting qualifications.
- Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling figures.
- High integrity and responsibility, with a commitment to good governance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a bookkeeping company is an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant experience and skills may be considered for an executive position.
