Job Scope & Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform financial month-end closing
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and tax authorities
• Manage all duties related to Human Resources
• Prepare monthly payroll and submit CPF contributions
• Handle IRAS AIS, IR8A, Corporate tax, Income tax, etc.
• Manage MOM WPOL/EPOL matters
• Handle other administrative duties
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or equivalent
• Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin (read, write, and speak) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required
