Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance team and oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decisions.

️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts for the firm and its clients
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with SFRS
  • Oversee GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and liaise with IRAS
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audit completion
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and interns
  • Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to management
  • Ensure compliance with ACRA and other statutory requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (CPA/CA Singapore preferred)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of SFRS, IRAS tax regulations, and audit procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple client portfolios
  • Experience in a public accounting firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
