Responsibilities
  1. Practice & Systems Development: Design and implement the firm's accounting framework, including standard operating procedures, client reporting standards, and the selection and management of cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).

  2. Full-Spectrum Accounting & Advisory: Oversee the provision of comprehensive accounting services for a client portfolio, including financial statement preparation (SFRS), management reporting, and bookkeeping.

  3. Tax Compliance: Manage all corporate tax and GST matters for clients, ensuring timely and accurate filing with IRAS. This includes ECI, Form C/C-S preparation, and GST registration and reporting.

  4. Client Financial Strategy: Provide high-level financial advice to clients, assisting with budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning to support their business objectives.

  5. Business Development: Actively participate in the firm\'s growth by nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for expanded services, and contributing to the overall business development strategy.

  6. Team Leadership & Development: As the division expands, take responsibility for hiring, managing, and developing a team of accounting professionals to ensure service quality and efficiency.

  7. Strategic & Operational Leadership: As a member of the core leadership team, play an active role in the strategic direction, financial management, and operational oversight of the subsidiary.
