Job Description

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly and year-end processes.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Coordinate and support external audits and tax preparations.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and financial strategy.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
