Job description

Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team as they are expanding their business.

Responsibilities:

• For each customer engagement, fee negotiations and be in charge of billings, and recovery.
• Analyze Administration Accounts, prospective payment packages, Statutory Accounts, GST reports, monthly payment and some other cost reimbursements, and year-end compensation returns.
• Answer questions from internal and external auditors on behalf of clients.
• Assess the present process flow for opportunities to improve and assist with the implementation of decisions.
• Ensure that clients are well-served and that deadlines are fulfilled.
• Recognize possibilities, anticipate problems, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Analyze difficulties and challenges, and then use real responsibilities to develop solutions. Organize and manage a group of professionals.
• For technical issues, train your subordinate.

Requirements:

• A recognized university diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting management, financing, or banking is required.
• Certificates equivalent to the ACCA.
• At least 7 to 10 years of job experience is required.
• Excellent and significant expertise creating year-end draft statutory financial statements with comments to the accounts and conducting consolidations using Excel.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Accounting Standards, CPF, GST, and other related tax regulations, processes, and standards is extensive and in-depth.
• Excellent statistical abilities (Excel is a must) as well as a solid understanding of Accounting, Payroll, and Word Software are required.
• Able to operate in a collaborative setting as well as individually.
• Excellent presentation abilities as well as having excellent written and verbal skills.
• Well-organized, meticulous, and focused on meeting deadlines.
• Work styles should be adaptive and flexible.
• Assertive, creative, and capable of multitasking independently.
