We’re hiring an elite Accounts Manager to take full ownership of our finance function. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in autonomy and precision. You’ll manage full sets of accounts, cash flow forecasting, monthly closings, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance. Beyond routine accounting, you’ll also lead cost controls, financial modelling, and provide strategic insights to management.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-spectrum finance
• Mastery of accounting software (e.g. Xero, ERP systems, Million Software)
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills
• Able to read numbers and propose measures to improve efficiency and productivity in department
• Able to build financial models, manage multi-entity reporting, and lead internal controls
• Meticulous, discreet, and proactive with deadlines

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Singapore with requirement to oversee other regional offices.
