Roles & Responsibilities:

The Accounting & HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial and human resource functions within the organization, ensuring smooth operations in both areas. This role will involve managing financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, compliance, and employee relations while supporting the company's overall objectives.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and relevant regulations.

2. Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and optimize financial operations.

3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and provide regular updates on budget performance to senior management.

4. Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments, tax deductions, and benefits administration.

5. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

6. Ensure effective employee relations by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance on policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

7. Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

8. Oversee and ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and labor requirements related to employee management and financial practices.

9. Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for employees to enhance skills and drive organizational growth.
