Job summary

NEW LIFE GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Accountant to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

You will support budgeting, variance analysis, GST reporting, and month-end closing while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, monitor variance, and prepare variance analysis reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with timely payments and invoicing.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Conduct account reconciliations and monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Support GST reporting, compliance, and audits with documentation and schedules.
