An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves monitoring invoices, preparing month-end documents, and coordinating audits, all while working closely with internal teams and external suppliers. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma in accounting, have at least three years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in financial software. 1、Maintain and manage the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
2、Monitor suppliers' invoices and ensure payments are up-to-date and maintain proper documentation and 3、filing systems for financial records and transactions.
4、Check and verify employee claims for disbursement
5、Prepare month-end closing documents such as General Ledger, journals, schedules, and reconciliations (including intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation)
6、Maintained the sale contracts, sales incomes, and payments with report monthly
7、Managed CPF & payroll of staff, and levy
8、Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage and resolve issues
9、Quarterly GST submission and annual tax filing
10、Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
11、Other jobs arranged and authorized by the General Manager
Requirements:
1、Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
2、Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.
3、Singaporean or Permanent Residents (PR), proficient in verbal and written communication in English. Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
4、Prior experience in the accounting firm industry is preferred but not essential.
5、Proficient in using financial management software and MS Office applications.
6、High attention to detail and accuracy.
7、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8、Strong organizational and time management skills.
9、Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
