  • Vendor payments, and expense claims.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Manage invoicing, collections, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations (GST).
  • Prepare reports for management on financial performance.
  • Streamline accounting processes using Quickbook software.
  • Implement digital solutions for expense tracking and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of finance/accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GST, payroll processing.
