Job description

Account Executive

  • Working Location: Nearest MRT: Macpherson

  • Working Days: 5 Days Work, Monday - Friday

  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and execute account receivable, account payable, bank reconciliation, and full sets of accounts.
  2. Arrange payment schedules, update, and follow up on payment schedules. Submit daily and weekly reports to management and work closely with management to avoid operational interruptions.
  3. Responsible for auditing financial transactions and controlling accounting documents.
  4. Prepare and report daily sales to the Director and Management.
  5. Prepare and report the annual Fixed Asset Depreciation Report to Directors & Management.
  6. Liaise with government authorities on accounting and financial matters such as audit, GST, etc.
  7. Coordinate with external parties—banks, government agencies—for account and costing matters.
  8. Prepare daily credit card reconciliation reports, bank balance reports, and update daily bank transactions. Ensure funds are properly disbursed and credited.
  9. Manage petty cash and process reimbursement forms.
  10. Prepare bank deposits for counter cash collections.
  11. Prepare quarterly GST submissions.
  12. Prepare yearly commission statements.
  13. Conduct monthly inventory stock takes, and handle asset and inventory disposal/write-offs.
  14. Assist with e-commerce payments.
  15. File and organize documents.
  16. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director & Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess at least a Diploma qualification in a relevant field or LCCI Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
